If an order position needs to be changed that is already linked to a plan order, you get the following message that the order position is already in production and changes are not allowed.
In this case, the PPS must first be contacted to clarify whether the production order can still be changed/cancelled.
In the next step, the PPS must check whether the production order has already been scheduled and produced.
If the production order has only been created, firmed or released and printed the production order can still be cancelled.
If the production order is scheduled and has already been partially or completely produced and posted, the production order can only be canceled:
The state of the plan order is aborted and you do not see any linked plan order for this position in the customer order.
It is now possible to change the sales order position again.
