If Workspace is frozen because an error has ocurred or a query has been started (by mistake) takes too long, the user can end the Workspace session themselves.
When working on the local computer you are using the task manager, under Citrix this function is available in the Connection Center.
You will fin it in the taskbar with this symbol and it is usually located in the date/ time display area.
Right-click on this icon opens a context menu and there you select "Connection Center"
You see all the programms which are running at the moment via Citrix.
Select the Workspace-Session you like to close and click on "Terminate" at the bottom in the area "Application".
If you like to end the Citrix-Session in total you need to select it (MF-CTXAPP....) and click on "Log off".
Workspace will be closed. Please close the Connection Center via "Close".
